LADLE GEARBOXES
Our reduction gears which are specially designed for ladles considering needs in foundries and having autoblocking, brake, and also casted body would be offered individually besides along with our ladles. “G-LOCK” gearboxes are designed and manufactured according to EN 1247 foundry machinery safety standards with all its features and properties.
Advantages:
- IDEAL MODEL foundry ladle gearboxes are designed and manufactured compatible with EN 1247 European Standards.
- Gearboxes have a complete self-locking feature which doesn’t allow any rotation until the steering wheel is not rotated.
- The gearbox body is cast pig iron. Suitable to use in heavy foundry conditions.
- Ratio options are availible. For instance; smaller ratio is chosen in steel casting operations to improve speed, higher ratio is used in iron casting operations to improve comfort.
- Equipped with long lifetime gears which are heat treated and grinded carefully.
