What refractory ramming systems do?

The group of machines used in the compression of the refractory material called lining, which provides insulation in the induction furnace, is called therefractory ramming system. These machines, together with the effect of vibration and impact, compress the refractory in powder granule form homogeneously and prepare the furnace before casting.

What are the types of refractory ramming systems?

The latest and modern refractory rammingg systems consist of linear vibrator pistons and make equal strokes to every part of the steel template, ensuring that the compaction process is homogeneous all over the furnace lining. Apart from this, two types of machines as edge and base refractory ramming are performed with refractory ramming.
